4. Legal basis for processing
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), our legal basis for processing your personal data is:
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) — to respond to enquiries submitted through our website and to manage our business relationship with you. We have assessed that this processing does not override your rights and freedoms.

5. How we store and protect your data
Enquiry form submissions are processed by Netlify, Inc., our website hosting provider, and delivered to us by email. Netlify stores submission data on servers located in the United States and operates under appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses. You can review Netlify's privacy policy for further detail.
We store enquiry data in our secure business email and workspace systems. Access is restricted to authorised personnel within IRG. We do not share, sell, or transfer your personal data to any third party for their own purposes.
6. How long we keep your data
We retain enquiry data for as long as is necessary to deal with your enquiry and maintain a record of our correspondence, typically no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us. If a business relationship is established, we retain relevant data for the duration of that relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
7. Cookies
This website does not use analytical, advertising, or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Netlify) may set a small number of strictly necessary technical cookies required for the website to function correctly. These do not track you or collect personal data.
